Delivery and Returns

UK Mainland & Non-Mainland 
For UK Mainland we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt and payment for delivery within 48 hours of receipt of order. Please note we do not guarantee these delivery times as they are subject to stock and the delivery option available to your area by our preferred courier.

All orders are shipped by 'signed for' courier service. The couriers operate a Monday to Friday 'business hours service' service anticipated between 8am - 6pm. A specific time slot cannot be specified.

A £6 delivery charge will be applied to all orders under £80 (net) in value. For non-mainland locations the delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout.

For non-mainland deliveries we aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt and payment for delivery within 72 hours of receipt of order. Please note we do not guarantee these delivery times as they are subject to stock availability and the delivery option available to your area by our preferred courier.

We also offer a Saturday delivery, which is normally £12 per item ordered. However, please contact us by phone to confirm a Saturday delivery price if you live outside of UK mainland.

If you are a customer outside of the EU and wish to purchase please email us at hq@scrummi.com.
If you have still not received your order, or a notice from the courier indicating that delivery of your order has been attempted, within 48 hours of receiving confirmation that your order has been dispatched please email us at hq@scrummi.com.

PURCHASE & PAYMENT

Prices shown are in UK Pounds sterling and exclude Vat at the current rate. VAT will be added at check out. If you are VAT registered and a non-UK business the VAT will not be applied to your order if you provide us with a valid VAT number at check-out.

Credit & debit card payments are processed securely by Secure Trading (www.secure trading.com).

AFTER SALES & RETURNS

We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction with our products. You can try the products before you buy by requesting a free test sample on the product page.

If you are not happy with you purchase we will happily refund any unopened product returned to us at your cost within 14 days of purchase. We will not refund and delivery charges. If the product is defective in any way we will collect the product(s) at our cost and refund the full amount including delivery charges.

We cannot accept the return of any products which are not defective and have been opened due to hygiene reasons.

To return unopened goods, please email us to obtain a returns authorisation number. We will advise you of the address to return the goods to. Please do not return goods to our office address which is the only address listed on this site.
