Scrummi Rewards Club is our first ever loyalty programme, built specifically for professional hair and beauty. Every professional earns 5 points for every £1 spent, with double points on every subscription order. It's live from Tuesday 22 September 2026, alongside a new look for Scrummi.
Here's exactly how it works.
How Scrummi Rewards Club works
There are three tiers. Fresh, Familiar and Frequent. The more you order with us, the further you move up, and the more you unlock. (That's a permanent perk, not a launch offer: 10 points for every £1 on subscription orders, for as long as you subscribe.)
Refer a friend is completely uncapped. Refer a hair or beauty business and you'll receive £10 in points. They'll get £10 off their first order too. There's no limit. The more you refer, the more you earn.
Subscriptions just got better
If you already order regularly, that just improved. Subscription orders now earn double points, on top of never running out.
Say hello to the Pro Hub
Alongside the loyalty programme, we're launching the Pro Hub. A dedicated space for professionals with everything you need from your consumables supplier in one place. Marketing toolkits at a click of a button, plus images and video ready to use on your own channels.

Where it all started
Back in 2008, our founder Rob Cooper was talking to a hair salon owner when the conversation turned to towels. Specifically, the laundry behind every salon appointment. The washing, the drying, the folding, and the energy bills climbing quietly in the background.
Rob grew up around textiles, so he looked at the problem that way and asked the question nobody else had. What if the towel didn't need washing at all?
Eighteen months of testing with real salons later, the first Scrummi towel launched in the UK in 2010. What started as one product for hair salons has grown into a full range across hair, beauty and everyday routines, now trusted by thousands of professionals globally. Teams using Scrummi save an average of 2.2 hours a day once washing and drying leave the routine.

Everything above launches on Tuesday 22 September 2026. If you're already a Scrummi customer, there's nothing you need to do. You're automatically enrolled, and you'll find 250 points already waiting on your account. If you're not a customer yet, this is a good moment to start.
