What does it mean to be a B-Corp Certified business?

From day one, we were committed to building ethics into everything we do, from the way we design and manufacture our disposable towels to the way we treat our staff.

But that doesn’t mean achieving B-Corp status was easy!

It’s a rigorous process that covers everything from our impact on our local community, our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and our social and environmental impact, to the way we look after our customers.

Gaining the certification shows our partners, stakeholders, colleagues, salon and spa owners, distributors, and suppliers that we are a business with the highest environmental and ethical standards.

It helps us live our values and attract the best talent to the business.

The best thing about our B-Corp status?

Not only does it prove that we are serious about our mission to bring more sustainability to the hair and beauty industry — it means that we can’t sit still.

We will be assessed every three years to make sure we’re constantly working towards improvement.
