Shipping policy
We currently deliver within the UK.
Our delivery company aims to ship all orders the same working day if received by 4pm for delivery on the next working day. Orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Highlands) are shipped on a next working day courier service (DPD etc.). Working days are Monday to Friday.
Please note: Lead times below may change depending on Bank Holidays and these dispatch and delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability and circumstances outside of our control.
All orders are shipped by ‘signed for’ courier service. The couriers operate a Monday to Friday ‘business hours service’ and an additional Saturday service for UK mainland orders. Service is anticipated between 8am – 6pm. A specific time slot cannot be specified.
We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands

Next working day UK placed before 4pm
UK Mainland (Excl Scottish Highlands): Order before 4pm for shipping on the same day.
UK Offshore and Highlands: 2-3 Working Days.
Subscription Delivery Schedules
Our subscription service, easily set up on our website, allows you to tailor your schedule of deliveries to suit your needs, with orders shipped the next working day once processed.
Presale Delivery Instructions:
If you are placing a presale order, please note that dispatch times may vary. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated at the time of purchase. Your order will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
