Your Scrummi subscription

 1.1 Our subscription service adheres to our normal terms and conditions and what we have set out here as a tailored recurring order system.

1.2 When signing up to a Scrummi subscription you are agreeing to our regular tailored service of products delivered to your named delivery address. You are also agreeing to take responsibility for the safety of these goods once delivered to your stated delivery address.

1.3 You are not tied to any minimum orders or period

1.4 You must have an account to order and purchase products from us.

1.5 You must have correct, accurate and valid card payment details entered on your customer account.

1.6 When you complete the purchase of our Subscribe & Save option, you will automatically be subscribed to regular order and delivery of products from www.scrummi.com

1.7 The Scrummi subscription is a tailor-made subscription based on the criteria you specified about your preferences on www.scrummi.com upon completion and registration of your customer account.

1.8 The total price paid by you for the Scrummi subscription includes VAT.

1.9 The cost will be displayed on the website prior to you confirming your order. At this point, you can change your details and the details of your deliveries before continuing with the order and purchase. The total price of your past and future orders is also visible in your customer account pages with applicable delivery costs.

1.10 We reserve the right to vary the contents of your order without notice and at our sole discretion.

1.10.1 The selection of Subscription Products and their details may change over time.

1.10.2 If a product is out of stock when you are due to be recharged, you will be notified and the order will be sent once the items have become available again.

1.11 You can manage your future orders with us through your customer account.

1.12 You will receive a Subscription Notification message before each order is dispatched, with order details and options to modify or cancel.

1.13 The total price will be charged to the payment method we hold on your account for you at the time of the order processing for each specific order.

1.14 Scrummi reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary. Where a subscription account is held, price changes will occur in line with changes displayed on our website.

1.15 Regular volume discounts are not applicable to subscription products

1.16 The subscription discount only applies to subscription products, not one-time purchases.

1.17 Your subscription at www.scrummi.com will remain in effect until you cancel it. Details of how to cancel your subscription can be found in your customer account and on our FAQ page.

1.18 If you cancel your Scrummi subscription and subsequently reactivate at a different time the price for the Scrummi subscription may be a different price than the price in effect for the Scrummi subscription at the time of cancellation.

1.19 Payment must be made in accordance with our regular terms and conditions, and incorrect details may cause delays or issues.

1.20 If payment is not received and you have received the goods, you must pay or return the goods within 30 days.
